How do I add my AD plant to my enterprise data?

To add your AD plant to your farm, navigate to Sandy Setup, and click on Farm setup.

If you want to add an AD plant to a pre-existing farm within Sandy, navigate to that farm click the pencil icon. Scroll to the AD plant icon, under the Support Enterprises and select it. Enter the name when prompted. You can also select the number of years of data you wish to provide for your AD plant. Click Save.

Alternatively, you can setup a new farm for just your AD plant, by clicking the green + Add farm button, and then repeat the above steps to select the numbers of years of data you will provide.

When you come to run a carbon footprint report, you will be required to enter additional information on the AD plant in the carbon calculator.

In your carbon calculation, click on + Add data, next to the AD plant. Click on In Progress under each category to enter the required information.

To enter details of the digester and biogas production, click on In Progress.

Enter details of methane losses and biogas end usage, in the boxes provided.

Optional: You have the option to enter details of biogas production and any carbon dioxide that is captured or exported. Adding this data will increase the accuracy of your footprint.

When your data entry is complete, tick the section as Complete and click Save.
